You can see and comment on all the proposals\u00a0on our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/groups\/mageia-art\/pool\/\">Flickr page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For latecomers, we offer you a few days more and you have until Tuesday November 9<sup>th<\/sup> to submit your proposal.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on what we are looking for, please read our <a href=\"http:\/\/mageia.org\/wiki\/doku.php?id=artguide\">artwork guidelines<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As a quick reminder, we need a wonderful and simple logo that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies directly the Mageia Project;<\/li>\n<li>Represents one or all of the <a href=\"http:\/\/mageia.org\/en\/about\/values\/\">Mageia values<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Fits the guidelines mentioned on the wiki page; especially the <a href=\"http:\/\/mageia.org\/wiki\/doku.php?id=artguide#deliverable_for_selection\">expected parts of a proposal<\/a> (see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/11004399@N00\/5119536676\/\">ofaurax&#8217;s proposal<\/a> for instance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To fire up your imaginations and symbolize Mageia, here are 4 important words:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technology;<\/li>\n<li>Open;<\/li>\n<li>Community;<\/li>\n<li>Convergent energy (everybody works for one goal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Mageia Board will select the logo according to the above guidelines and suitability to the project, after careful review of all proposals and discussions within the community.<\/p>\n<p>The selected logo will be officially announced and presented on the first week of\u00a0December.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for all your contributions!
