{"id":1944,"date":"2012-11-05T13:43:31","date_gmt":"2012-11-05T13:43:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.mageia.org\/en\/?p=1944"},"modified":"2012-11-05T13:45:04","modified_gmt":"2012-11-05T13:45:04","slug":"mageia-1-reaching-eol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.mageia.org\/en\/2012\/11\/05\/mageia-1-reaching-eol\/","title":{"rendered":"Mageia 1 reaching EOL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a reminder about the end of life process for Mageia 1.<\/p>\n<p>Mageia 1 got the project off to a great start, and is soon heading for a well deserved rest.<\/p>\n<p>According to our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mageia.org\/support\">support policy<\/a> every release is supported for 18 months which means Mageia 1 will reach end of life on the <strong>December 1st, 2012<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates after that date.
