We have completed the artwork contest and would like to extend our thanks to everyone that took part, there were some excellent pieces submitted and choosing the winners was a tough task.
We would like to congratulate Jacques Daugeron on winning the background contest, the runners up will be available in the extra theme package as well.

We have images of Black Sea sunsets, snowy mountains in Scotland, big European cities all the way to South American waterways, its nice to see the global appeal that Mageia brings.

You could’ve been more cunstructive in your comment than just saying it sucks. You’re free to contribute with a picture of your liking if you feel that the current ones are taken in the wrong places.
Nice that you have a reasoned opinion with good arguments to back it up. People do this in their free time and all you can do is criticise. Perhaps if something was constructive then they may listen to you
That critism is that we have had in 6 version dark blue artwork and no change is made…..same shit goes on. We don’t offer to people who dislike them any alternative ones as grub2 plymouth sddm/gdm/……other login screens.

First of all, thank you for that was selected image. My picture made “Bokodi öreg tó” – Oroszlány city from Hungary.
By the way, will pulseaudio-dlna and pulseaudio-raop2 be part of Mageia6 ? There are module to push pulseaudio playback stream to other sound server/device (dlna renderer, airport device, chromcast audio device).
Cool feature, for example to stream audio content to HI-FI, or TV device…
