As of this moment, https://mirrors.mageia.org/status reports that the distrib-coffee mirror, and the mirrors that use it as a source, are “less than 12 hours old.” That’s normal for a mirror that’s just about due to sync again, indicating that it is probably back in operation. I have used it, and can confirm it is back.
However, just to be sure it would be wise to keep checking the status for a few days.
